We want you to love your EVRYJEWELS pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible jewelry. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original pouch or box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
